Olon, a magical place of Ecuador!

It was called Olon, due to the giant waves that reached its beaches in ancient times.

How to get there?

From Quito

To get to Olon from Quito by car, you will travel 500 km in approximately 9 hours, with a fuel cost of $40. By bus (Transportes Ecuador, Trans Esmeraldas, Reina del Camino, Cooperativa Arañas), it is 536 km with a direct trip from Quito to Montañita of 10 hours, and the ticket costs $27. From Montañita to Olon it is 3 minutes, and you can take a bus for $0.50 or a taxi for $1.50. You can also travel from Quito to Guayaquil and then from Guayaquil to Olon directly.

From Cuenca

To get to Olon from Quito by car, you will travel 370 km in approximately 6 hours, with an estimated fuel cost of $25. If you prefer to travel by direct bus, the Cooperativa Libertad Peninsular offers a service with a fare of $11.

From Guayaquil

To get to Olon by car, you will travel 100 km in approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, with an estimated fuel cost of $15. By bus, from the terminal, the Libertad Peninsular and Costa Azul cooperatives offer direct, comfortable and safe services, with a fare of $7.

From another country
